Your Move at the City of Armadale

Your Move is a free program run by the Department of Transport that supports individuals, schools and workplaces to start swapping a few car trips each week for walking, riding a bike or catching public transport. The program provides handy tips and information to assist individuals, schools and workplaces to find out what's on in their local area and discover what others are doing to be more active as part of their daily routine. Riding, scooting, walking or using public transport on your way to work or school also reduces traffic congestion and an individuals' environmental impact.

Since registering with the Your Move program in 2017, the City of Armadale has run a number of activities and projects promoting active lifestyles through supporting local schools and, offering bike maintenance workshops. You can read more about the City's activities here.
