Switch Your Thinking (SYT) is a collaborative initiative of the Cities of Armadale, Gosnells and the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale, local businesses, schools and community groups, to inspire actions for sustainability in the community.
SYT is an award winning sustainability initiative that aims to reduce regional greenhouse emissions and inspire community action through workshops, projects and incentives.

Climate Clever
If you’ve ever been keen to discover what your household’s carbon footprint is or are interested in finding ways to reduce greenhouse gas emissions at home, then look at Climate Clever – a simple-to-use tool that helps to track greenhouse gas emissions. The platform is free to use and is easy to sign up to. This short video gives you an insight of the platform’s purpose and capabilities.

The Climate Clever platform enables you to add information from your electricity, gas and utilities bills (recommend min 2 years for best results), as well as your air-travel, personal vehicle use, out of home accommodation and paper use. You can then create Actions to help reduce your energy and water use as well as the associated financial costs. You can even set tasks for multiple members of your household.
