The Perth Hills Armadale Visitor Centre (the Visitor Centre) provides information on events, tours, accommodation, restaurants, tourist venues and natural attractions in the area — anything from a walk along one of the many picturesque bush trails or a scenic drive through the hills to all of the best restaurants and venues in the area.

The Visitor Centre boasts a rare collection of twentieth century engines, including a large woodworking band saw used in the Western Australian ship building industry in 1876 and visit the replica Post Office contains early telegraph and other communications equipment.

The Visitor Centre also gives local businesses the opportunity to showcase their products and services.

Centre location and opening hours

The Visitor Centre is located in the Historic Armadale Train Station with the Bert Tyler Museum at 40 Jull Street in Armadale.

Opening hours are from 9am to 4pm weekdays and from 9am to 2pm on weekends and public holidays.
