Planning Application - Proposed Demolition - The Manse, Lot 709 No. 31 Church Avenue Armadale

The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:

  1. The proposed demolition of the ‘Manse’ building located at No. 31 Church Avenue Armadale.
  2. The Manse is listed as a category 2 local heritage place under the City of Armadale Local Heritage Survey (LHS). Category 2 is the second highest rating under the LHS.
  3. The preference under the LHS is for Category 2 buildings to be retained and conserved. 

The application is presently undergoing assessment by the City and no final determinations have been made.
