The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:

  1. Change of Use to Restaurant;
  2. Maximum number of 70 patrons;
  3. Hours of operation:
    1. Mon - Sat - 6.00am to 12.00am
    2. Sun - 7.00am to 12.00am
  4. Onsite car parking spaces:
    1. Daytime - 11 spaces;
    2. Evening - 16 spaces;
  5. Offsite car parking spaces:
    1. MRWA carpark to west in village centre - 10 spaces;
    2. Street parking on service road - 6 spaces;
  6. The application is supported by the following consultant reports:
    1. Environmental Noise Assessment report (v.1 prepared by Herring Storer Acoustics and dated February 2020);
    2. Bushfire Attack Level Assessment report (v.1 prepared by WA Fire and Safety and dated November 2020) - BAL-29;
