Are you too busy working in your business to take time out to reflect on the performance of your business? You might have a solid strategy, however your implementation might not be effective, or you might not be focusing your resources in the right area to make the most of your opportunities.

Businesses need to be aware of any potential issues before taking steps to address them and improve the overall performance and sustainability of the business.

The City of Armadale is now offering its local businesses the opportunity to be part of Grow Your Business - Armadale.

This free program is a great opportunity for business owners to help focus their energy where they will get the best results, and empower them to improve performance through one-on-one coaching and mentoring opportunities.

Grow Your Business - Armadale will provide individually tailored advice and support to local businesses to meet their specific needs. Expert knowledge and personalised guidance will be provided, resulting in updating or creating a Business Plan suited specifically to each business.

Find out:

•  How your business is currently operating

•  All aspects of your current operations and capabilities

•  Which areas need the most attention to help your business grow

•  Practical recommendations you can implement to improve the performance of your business

If you require some extra support to get your business back on track or to keep improving, we encourage you to apply.

Business Foundations will be running this program on behalf of the City of Armadale
