Application for Development Approval - Local Centre Development - The Village Harrisdale - Corner of Ranford Road, Wright Road and Shepherd Court, Harrisdale

The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal to be determined by the Metro East Joint Development Assessment Panel, which includes the following:

  • 1 Motor Vehicle Repair;
  • 1 Motor Vehicle Wash;
  • 2 Recreation – Private (including Gym and Swim School);
  • 7 Shops (including 1 Chemist and 1 Supermarket);
  • 6 Restaurants (including 1 Café);
  • 1 Child Care Premises;
  • 4 Consulting Rooms;
  • 1 Medical Centre; and
  • Parking bays and associated landscaping.

The subject sites, as illustrated on the location plan comprise of a total 2.5643ha (20,643m2) covering parts of the following existing properties:

  • Lot 100 (5) Wright Rd, Harrisdale;
  • Lot 101 (4) Shepherd Ct, Harrisdale;
  • Lot 102 (6) Shepherd Ct, Harrisdale;
  • Lot 103 (8) Shepherd Ct, Harrisdale;
  • Lot 104 Ranford Rd, Harrisdale;
  • Lot 106 (19) Wright Rd, Harrisdale; and
  • Lot 107 (3) Shepherd Ct, Harrisdale.
