The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal to be determined by the Metro East Joint Development Assessment Panel, which includes the following:
- 1 Motor Vehicle Repair;
- 1 Motor Vehicle Wash;
- 2 Recreation – Private (including Gym and Swim School);
- 7 Shops (including 1 Chemist and 1 Supermarket);
- 6 Restaurants (including 1 Café);
- 1 Child Care Premises;
- 4 Consulting Rooms;
- 1 Medical Centre; and
- Parking bays and associated landscaping.
The subject sites, as illustrated on the location plan comprise of a total 2.5643ha (20,643m2) covering parts of the following existing properties:
- Lot 100 (5) Wright Rd, Harrisdale;
- Lot 101 (4) Shepherd Ct, Harrisdale;
- Lot 102 (6) Shepherd Ct, Harrisdale;
- Lot 103 (8) Shepherd Ct, Harrisdale;
- Lot 104 Ranford Rd, Harrisdale;
- Lot 106 (19) Wright Rd, Harrisdale; and
- Lot 107 (3) Shepherd Ct, Harrisdale.
