Traffic Management Plans

To submit traffic management plans for working within the City boundaries for works such as:

  • Service installations
  • Construction of new roads or intersections (including drainage and other associated works).

The responsible parties are required to submit an Application Form and Traffic Management Plan prior to undertaking any work within the Road Reserve.

The Traffic Management Plan shall be prepared by personnel with appropriate accreditation in traffic management. The City of Armadale requires all applicants other than service authorities to pay an approval fee, as described in the Application Form, prior to approval being granted.

Application Process

Consultant or Contractor

  1. Submit an Application Form and a traffic management plan to info@armadale.wa.gov.au.
  2. Assessment and approval fee: Minimum $300.

Developer

  1. Submit an Application Form and traffic management plan accompanied by a City of Armadale approval letter for the subdivision development to be carried out to info@armadale.wa.gov.au.
  2. Assessment and approval fee: Minimum $300.

Service Provider

  1. Submit an Application Form and traffic management plan approved by the Service Provider to info@armadale.wa.gov.au.
  2. Assessment and approval fee: Nil.
