The City of Armadale’s Small Business Development Program, in partnership with Business Foundations, is aimed at engaging the business community through a range of workshops and networking opportunities throughout the year.

Join other small and medium sized businesses for the e- Biz Basics Breakfast Seminar on Wednesday 20 September from 7.30 to 9.30am at Dome café in Armadale.

Ed Keay-Smith, owner and founder of Online Impact, will show you how to streamline your business operations through better use of your mobile devices and how to ‘make the cloud work for you’.

This workshop will demystify the latest jargon being used in the online world and give you practical knowledge on the ways digital technologies can transform your business, including:

  • Assessing the benefits of cloud and mobile technologies
  • Identifying opportunities to improve your current digital and social media strategies
  • Exploring the use of digital marketing techniques and the benefits of enhancing your visibility online using Search Engine Optimisation, mobile optimisation and content development strategies
  • Using online reports such as Google Analytics to assess the success of your online activity.
