Community Consultation

The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:

1. An additional Educational Establishment use on the property (the site has an existing Place of Worship, approved by Council in April 1990). No changes are proposed to the existing building;
2. The proposed Educational Establishment is for 40 high school students from 14 years to 19 years of age, and six (6) staff.
3. The proposed hours of operation are 8:00 am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. The existing Place of Worship hours of operation are 5:00pm – 11:00pm on Fridays, 9:00am - 11:30am and 5:00pm – 7:30pm on Sundays.
4. The site has 100 existing car parking bays. The proposed Educational Establishment requires 13 parking bays under Town Planning Scheme No. 4.
