They say cash is king, and if you run a small business, understanding cash flow – the total amount of money being transferred into and out of a business – is vital.

A free interactive session to help inform businesses on how to manage their cash flow will be held on Thursday 6 December at the City of Armadale’s Function Room from 4 to 6pm.

The Small Business Cash Flow Essentials session will discuss practical ways of cash flow planning, the different methods and software available along with a range of other topics to help get your business on the right track.

Attending the session entitles you to a complimentary one hour follow up meeting or telephone call in order to apply what you have learnt to help run your business successfully.
