The City of Armadale’s Administration Centre will be closed from noon on Thursday, 24 December, reopening on Monday 4 January at 8.15am.

Business hours for the City’s facilities are as follows:

  • Armadale Aquatic Centre is closed on Friday, 25 December and will be open from noon to 6pm on Saturday, 26 December, 9am to 8pm on Monday 28 December and from 11am to 8pm on 1 January. Contact the centre on 9394 5850 for more information.
  • Armadale Arena is closed on 25 and 26 December and 1 January. Contact the Arena on 9394 5840 for more information.
  • Armadale Landfill and Recycling Facility will be closed from noon on 24 December and 1 January, and closed on 25 December and 2 January. Contact 9399 3935 for more information.
  • The Drop ‘n’ Shop reuse centre is closed from 21 to 26 December and 28 December to 1 January.
  • The Roleystone Greenwaste Site is closed from 21 to 25 December and 28 December to 1 January.
  • City of Armadale libraries will be closed from 25 to 28 December and 1 January.
    • Kelmscott Library will close for relocation from 27 November, and the new library will open on Monday, 4 January.
    • Seville Grove Library will close at noon on 24 December. It will be closed until 28 December, and on 1 January and 3 January.
    • Armadale Library will be open until 5pm on 24 December, closed from 25 to 28 December, closed on 1 January, and open as usual from 2 January.
  • Armadale Visitor Centre will close at noon on 24 December and will be closed on 25 and 26 December and 1 January.
  • History House Museum will close at noon on 24 December, will remain closed until 1 January, and will reopen on 2 January.
  • Champion Centre will close at noon on 24 December, remaining closed until 4 January.

The City’s waste and recycling collection service will be impacted by the closures on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day which both fall on a Friday. Friday’s waste collection will move to Saturday for those two weeks.
