Application for Development Approval - Child Care Premises - Lot 9044 (Future Lot 4179) Skeet Road Harrisdale

The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal to be determined by the Metro East Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP), which includes the following:

  1. Single storey early learning centre with associated parking, access, signage and landscaping.
  2. To be located on Lot 9044, future Lot 4179 at the corner of Skeet Road and Abercrombie Entrance, Harrisdale.
    1. The site is currently being developed by Satterley Property Group (Heron Park Estate) in accordance with the relevant
      Western Australian Planning Commission subdivision approval(s).
  3. Placement of up to 92 children.
  4. 14 full time/permanent staff.
  5. Operating Hours: 6:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday.

The applicant has lodged the following documents as part of the proposal:

  •  Development Plans.
  •  Traffic Impact Statement.
  •  Environmental Noise Assessment.
  •  Bushfire Management Plan and Emergency Evacuation Plan.
