The City has received an application to develop a Single House on Lot 378, No. 245 Heritage Drive, Roleystone which involves the following variations to deemed-to-comply development standards of the City's Town Planning Scheme No. 4 (TPS No.4) and/or the Residential Design Codes (RD Codes).
The building is setback 2metres from the southern lot boundary in lieu of the 3metres specified in Clause 4.3.1(b)(i) of TPS No. 4.
Site works includes the placement of up to 1.59metres of fill within 1 metre of a portion of the northern lot boundary in lieu of 0.5metres specified under Clause 5.3.7 of the RD Codes.
A retaining wall of up to 1.59metres in height is proposed along a portion of the northern lot boundary in lieu of 0.5metres specified under Clause 5.3.8 of the RD Codes.
