The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:
The construction of a Service Station, Convenience Store and three Fast Food Outlets at the above addresses on the corner of the Armadale Road service road and Anstey Road. These properties are located in the City’s Local Centre zone under Town Planning Scheme No. 4.
The development application proposes the primary vehicular access point from Anstey Road with a secondary access point to the Armadale Road service road.
The City is seeking comment from nearby landowners as both Convenience Store and Service Station are discretionary (A) land uses in the Local Centre zone.
Please note that this development application is still being assessed by the City and has not been subject to a final determination at this stage.
