Community Consultation

The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:

1. Converting the existing restaurant (Genesis in the Hills) to a yoga studio with incidental café and massage area.

2. The proposed business will operate from Monday to Saturday with the yoga classes occurring once a week. The yoga classes will have a maximum of 20 students attending at any one time.

3. The existing 13 car bays located along the south western corner of the site will be used for staff and patron parking.
