Application for Development Approval - Ancillary Accommodation - Lot 20, No. 43 Butcher Road Roleystone

The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:

  • The proposed ancillary accommodation (granny flat) exceeds the maximum permissible floor area under the City’s policy PLN 3.6 – Ancillary Accommodation. The proposed floor area is 80m² in lieu of 70m².
  • The proposal exceeds the maximum permissible building coverage under Town Planning Scheme No. 4. The proposal results in a maximum building coverage of 548m² in lieu of 500m².
