The City has received an application which involves a Family Day Care at the above mentioned property. The Family Day Care proposes to:
- care for a maximum of 7 children at any one time;
- operate from 7am to 7pm from Monday to Friday;
- children to be dropped off and picked up from the existing driveway; and,
- outdoor play areas are proposed along the eastern and western sides of the dwelling.
