Application for Development Approval - Motor Vehicle Repair - Lot 1, No. 120 Yellowwood Ave, Harrisdale

The City has received a development application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:

  • a building for motor vehicle repair with a floor area of 317m² and maximum height of 6.5m;
  • 13 car parking bays (inclusive of one disabled); and,
  • landscaping to 3 boundaries.

Motor Vehicle Repair is a discretionary (A) land use in the District Centre Zone under the City’s Town Planning Scheme No. 4 (TPS 4). This means that the proposal requires advertising to nearby landowners as part of the assessment process.
