The City has received a development application to change the land use of Tenancy 3, 2917-2921 Albany Highway, Kelmscott to 'motor vehicle, boat and caravan sales' so that it can be used as a premises selling off-road motorcycles and related equipment. The application does not include any external building works or variations to the City's Town Planning Scheme No. 4 or Local Planning Policies.
Under the City's Town Planning Scheme No. 4, the City is required to undertake public consultation before determining this application.
