- Height of house is 12.8m to the top of pitched roof from natural ground level, in lieu of 9m;
- Height of house is 10.7m to the top of the external wall from natural ground level, in lieu of 6m.
- House and shed with the following variations to Town Planning Scheme No.4:
- Sand pad for the purpose of constructing a dwelling house is a maximum of 4.83m, in lieu of 1.5m;
- Sand pad for the purpose of constructing an outbuilding is a maximum of 3.68m, in lieu of 1.5m.
- Shed with the following variations to Local Planning Policy 3.4 – Outbuildings:
- Shed is proposed to be located forward of the building line of the dwelling, in lieu of being located behind the front building line of the dwelling;
- Shed is proposed 288m2 in floor area in lieu of 250m2 maximum;
- Shed is proposed as 7.47m high from natural ground level to the top of the external wall, in lieu of a maximum height of 3.6m to the top of the external wall;
- Shed is proposed as 8.64m high from natural ground level to the top of the pitch of the roof, in lieu of a maximum height of 5.0m to the top of the pitch of the roof.

The advertising period for a Development Application is required to be at least 14 days in accordance with the requirements of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Scheme) Regulations 2015.
The advertising period for this Development Application closes at 4.00 pm on 15 October 2021.
The City will not publish your name and address. However, your full comments may be reproduced and published in planning reports. Note that a schedule of submissions, including the full details of submitters, are provided confidentially to Councillors however, this will not be made available to the public.
If you lodge a submission on this proposal the City will write to or email you once the City has made a decision on the proposal.
The City will summarise all submissions received from the public notified neighbours and determine to either approve the development as proposed, approve the development subject to conditions requiring modifications to the development or refuse to approve the development.
After receiving Planning Approval from the City the applicant will need to obtain a Building Permit from the City before commencing any works.
