Proposed Amendments to PLN 3.1 - Density Development
Council has resolved to make a number of amendments to Local Planning Policy PLN 3.1 Density Development to address the changes proposed to Town Planning Scheme No. 4 under Scheme Amendment 100 with regard to development in areas with a dual density code of R15/60. Scheme Amendment 100 relates to the change of Residential Density Code for an area located west of Kelmscott Train Station and Shopping Area and has previously been publicly advertised. The amendments to the policy seek to clarify the requirements of the new Scheme provisions adopted by Council via Amendment 100 (awaiting WAPC and Minister approval).
The proposed amended policy is available for viewing at the City’s Administration Centre, 7 Orchard Avenue, Armadale from 8.15am to 4.45pm weekdays, or downloadable from this page.
