Notice of Intention to Levy Differential Rates

In accordance with section 6.36 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given of the City’s intention to levy the following differential rates for the 2019/20 financial year:

A Statement of Rating Objects and Reasons explaining the proposed differential rates is available for inspection on the City's website (www.armadale.wa.gov.au) and at the following locations during normal business hours:

  • Administration Centre Office – 7 Orchard Avenue Armadale;
  • Armadale Library – Armadale Central Shopping Centre, Shop 64/10 Orchard Avenue Armadale;
  • Kelmscott Library – Stargate Shopping Centre, 2784 Albany Highway, Kelmscott; and
  • Seville Grove Library – 78 Champion Drive, Seville Grove

Written Submissions are invited and are to be forwarded to the City of Armadale by no later than 4.45pm, Thursday 6 June 2019.
