The City of Armadale is providing a range of family friendly activities and games these school holidays at the History House Museum.

Armadale Mayor Henry Zelones OAM, JP said these interactive sessions will run from 26 September to 11 October, and will be a great way to teach kids about the history of the local area.

“Participants can come along to the Museum and take part in any activity they wish.

“Ignite your inner artist and create a poppy or make an origami dove to commemorate Remembrance Day on 11 November.

“For those seeking a little more adventure there will also be a mystery hunt held in the main gallery and challenging jigsaw puzzles that will reveal significant buildings in the City,” he said.

The Museum is open on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10am to 4pm, and is also open weekends from 1 to 4pm.
