The Jull Street Mall will come alive with the sound of music when the City of Armadale’s popular Music in the Mall lunchtime concert series returns on Friday 10 November.

The regular free outdoor concerts will entertain shoppers from 12 noon to 2pm every Friday during November and December.

The series will feature an eclectic mix of performers including: classical, pop, reggae and bluegrass from quality local musicians.

The City of Armadale Mayor Henry Zelones OAM, JP said the Council is proud to support its local musicians and bring back the popular lunch time series for a fourth year.

“Armadale has a wide community of talented musicians and we are delighted to be able to bring a diverse range back to the mall again this year.

“We hope everyone will come and enjoy the sounds of the talented artists in our community while enjoying their lunch break or taking a reprieve from their festive shopping – there’s something for every taste!”

The series will kick off with Crystal Voyager, featuring accomplished violinist Rupert Guenther, and his unique world music trio including local Armadale percussionist Eugene McGrath on the hang hand pan, a 21st Century instrument.
