Renowned aerial landscape photographer Richard Woldendorp will be visiting the Armadale Library on Sunday 29 June.

Richard captures incredible aerial photographs of the Western Australian landscape, depicting the vastness of the outback.

Mayor Henry Zelones said exhibitions of his breathtaking images have been held around Australia and overseas.

"Richard has held 46 solo exhibitions and is also the author of over 20 books, publishing many of these himself.

"He has been honoured as a State Living Treasure for his outstanding contributions to the visual arts and in 2013 was appointed an Order of Australia.

"Come and listen to this amazing artist talk about his passion for photography and have a look at a few examples of his stunning work," said Mayor Zelones.

Copies of Richard’s books will be available for purchase at the session, which will run from 2 to 3pm on Sunday 29 June.
