The City of Armadale has released its first Business Investment Prospectus, which provides valuable information for potential investors and will assist in attracting more businesses and investment into the City.
Armadale Mayor Henry Zelones said the prospectus is a high-level document which aims to stimulate interest from businesses that are considering options to set-up or expand their business operations in Western Australia.
“It also encourages high net worth individuals and investors from around Australia and overseas to seek further information about opportunities in Armadale.
“Armadale is considered to be one of the largest and most ambitious urban renewal projects in Western Australia, due to its convenient location and range of facilities and services available in the Strategic Metropolitan Centre.
“More and more businesses are locating to Armadale, as there are large tracts of affordable land available for commercial development.
“We are only 28 kilometres from the Perth CBD and situated close to major transport routes including Tonkin Highway, Kwinana Freeway and South West Highway, providing easy access to the domestic and international airports, and the shipping ports of Fremantle and Kwinana,” said Mayor Zelones.
The Business Investment Prospectus forms a key outcome of the City’s Economic Development Strategy and has been distributed to over 500 key business decision makers including the Top 50 WA companies, WA’s Top 50 Rich List, leading property developers, peak industry bodies and State and Federal politicians.
