An introduction to Family History Research

Ernie Fowler, a genealogy research and family history volunteer, will provide a brief introduction to family history and discuss:

  • Where and how to research your family history and ancestors.
  • What the pitfalls are.
  • How much you already know about your family history, without realising it.

Cyber Seniors Documentary

Wednesday 2 November, 2.45 – 4pm
Armadale Library

Join us and watch this heart-warming, candid and humorous movie. With the help of teenage mentors, initially reluctant seniors are introduced to computers and the world of the internet. See how their lives were changed and hear how you can become more familiar with technology by booking into Technology Buddies.

Strengthen Your Legs Seminar and Open Day

Southern Districts Support Association - The John Green Centre

Southern District Support Association in partnership with the City of Armadale would like to invite you to attend this Seminar and Open Day.

The day will include an interactive presentation on sstrengthening your legs to improve mobility, and pole walking. A morning tea, light lunch and entertainment is provided. Resource material and information will be available.
