Throughout the year the City of Armadale will be hosting a series of Positive Ageing Sessions at the Armadale Library to engage older members of the community.

The monthly sessions cover a wide range of topics such as safety and security, health, activities for older people and other useful information.

Setting goals and creating habits
Wednesday 1 February, 1.30 – 2.30pm
Armadale Library

Having goals and good habits can give your life purpose and direction.

Would you like help learning to set goals? Are you interested in creating good habits?

This session looks at the importance of goal setting, how to set specific goals and also gives some tips about creating positive habits.

Sleep Apnea
Wednesday 1 February, 3 – 4pm
Armadale Library

Sleep apnea is one of the nation’s most underdiagnosed conditions.

Learn how if untreated it can lead to serious health consequences such as heart attack, strokes and high blood pressure. Discover how easy it is to diagnose and treat sleep apnea leading to a happier, healthier more fulfilling life.
