Let the trees do the talking

Meet outside History House Museum

Kim Fletcher, a walking encyclopedia of local history, will guide you on this CBD mini-tour as you discover, or perhaps rediscover Armadale's heritage and significant trees. Along the way, you will also learn about the district's history dating back to the mid-1800s.

Creating Characters with Shane McCarthy

Saturday 28 October, 1.30 – 2.30pm

Shane McCarthy, internationally published comic book author, has written for comics featuring famous characters including Batman, Deadpool, and Daredevil.

Shane will discuss the use of conflict within a story, and the importance of characters and character arcs.

This session is proudly presented by Write Along The Highway as part of National Novel Writing Month.
