E-Waste – Free Disposal

The City of Armadale is offering residents the opportunity to recycle all e-waste at the Armadale Landfill and Recycling Facility free of charge.

Residents are now able to dispose of televisions, computers, printers and computer products (e-waste) at the recycling facility at no cost. The City hopes this will increase the recycling rate for television and computer products away from landfill.

Public Meeting on Forest Strategy – have your say!

The City of Armadale has advised the Public Meeting on the Draft Urban Forest Strategy has been rescheduled to Tuesday, 11 February 2014.

The public meeting will be held at the City of Armadale Administration Building in the Committee Room from 6.30pm.

The public comment period has consequently been extended and now closes at 4pm Friday 28 February 2014.

Homebound Delivery

The City of Armadale’s three libraries have a home delivery service, available for people who are unable to visit the library.

The service visits fortnightly with a selection of items chosen by staff.
