Lego is great for creativity and co-ordination. Just as young children use Lego to build fine motor skills, seniors can benefit by keeping their minds active and their hands moving.

Lego is an activity that can build relationships between different generations, particularly in families. Come and join us at one of these free sessions during Seniors Week.

Colouring

Colouring has recently become a trend amongst adults who want to relax while unleashing their creativity. Come and join us at one of these free soothing Seniors Week sessions, all materials are provided.
