FOCUS: How to improve your photos with Tony McDonough

Four-time Press Photographer of the Year Tony McDonough will show you ways to improve your photos using shutter speeds and aperture settings, and how to master using your iPhone as a camera.

Tony specialises in real life photography and has travelled throughout Australia and around the world with his special brand of photography, giving clients a mix of magazine/photojournalistic style with a strong storytelling aspect.

Bring your digital SLR camera or smartphone for practical use, and hear about the FOCUS photo competition and the prizes you could win.

Pam Lynch trekked to Everest Base Camp to celebrate her 60th birthday and is a firm believer in the huge benefits that can be gained through travel at any age.

From Hadrian’s Wall to the Bungle Bungles, Pam has travelled a lot and is delighted to share her experiences and answer your questions. Be inspired to spread your wings and become more than an armchair traveller!

DSLR cameras are complicated to use so let photographer Mick Dixon make it simple for you.

Mick will go over the functions of DSLR cameras, and then turn his attention to the most common mistakes photographers make and how to fix any problems you have

experienced.

Bring your DSLR camera, any problem images and a pen and paper to take notes and start shooting like a pro!
