The City of Armadale in partnership with Diabetes WA is hosting a free diabetes information session on Thursday 1 March from 9.30am to 12noon at the Harold King Community Centre.

The information session will discuss: whether participants and their families are at risk, diabetes and the importance of self-management, entitlements participants can receive under the NDSS, what local health services are available in the area, and how to make small changes to live a healthier life.

Bookings are essential. RSVP by Friday 23 February by calling Diabetes WA on 1300 001 880 or email bookings@diabeteswa.com.au.

A light morning tea will be provided. Please bring your own snacks (if required).
