Throughout the year the City of Armadale hosts a series of Positive Ageing Sessions at the Armadale Library and other venues to engage older members of the community.

The workshops are held each month and cover a wide range of topics such as safety and security, health, current activities and useful information particularly relevant for older people. The next session in the Positive Ageing Sessions series is:

  • What biodiversity is and why it’s important.
  • Threats to our local environment.
  • Current local river and park restoration projects and how you can assist.
