Get radical at the City of Armadale’s launch of Armadale Arena’s new Group Fitness classes on Tuesday 18 February.
All those looking for an energetic, unique workout are invited to sample the new Factor F Fitness classes at the launch, which will run for a special 1 hour 30 minutes.
Mayor Henry Zelones said the new Factor F classes were designed to deliver fast results using a suspension strap system that will appeal to a broad range of people.
“The new class styles will be great for people looking for something different – Radical Fitness began in Argentina in 2004 and has been renowned for a unique approach to group fitness,” Mayor Zelones said.
“We would love to see lots of people come along to the launch and experience the new classes for themselves.
“There is an optional ‘Aussie, Aussie, Aussie’ dress theme for the launch and there are prizes and giveaways on the day.”
The launch class is free for members and $11 for casuals. Light refreshments and healthy nibbles will be provided.
Classes are running at 9.15am and 6pm on Tuesday 18 February at the Armadale Arena, located on the corner of Townley Street and Forrest Road.
