The City of Armadale are inviting people who live, work and socialise in the area to complete a short survey on the new $26 million Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre which is due for completion in 2019.

Feedback collected from the survey will be used to develop the facility’s brand and promotional strategy.

Filling out the survey at www.surveymonkey.com/r/CityofArmadaleSurvey by 1 October 2018 will put you in the running to win one of two $50 vouchers for Armadale Shopping City.

City of Armadale Mayor Henry Zelones OAM, JP said the City placed a large focus on community consultation and encouraged everyone to provide input into the project.

“The City’s indoor aquatic centre is close to becoming a reality and we want to find out how to best promote it by determining how the facility is likely to be used by different demographics,” he said.

The redevelopment will include an all-season 25 metre pool, indoor leisure and program pools, gym, group fitness room, crèche, splash pad (flat play area with sprinklers, fountains, and water sprays), café and a wellness suite with sauna, spa and steam room.

“The facility will cater to people of all ages and abilities to meet their swimming, health, fitness, social and leisure needs.”
