Have you met The Dale?

Win a $5000 shopping spree in Armadale, or a range of great experiences, by exploring the various sights in the City of Armadale and uploading photos to the City of Armadale Facebook page.

The City’s Get to know #TheDale campaign encourages residents, visitors, young and young at heart, to take in the incredible sights and scenes in and around the City of Armadale and share their best photo online.

All images will be entered into the competition when uploaded onto the City of Armadale’s Facebook page and hashtagged #TheDale. An entrant may submit multiple images and winners will be chosen based on the photo that best demonstrates what the City has to offer residents and visitors.

Armadale Mayor Henry Zelones OAM JP said the competition is a fantastic way for residents and visitors alike to get to know the City.

“We have an amazing City with countless hidden gems. There is the beautiful flora at Araluen Botanical Gardens, numerous walk trails through the hills and valleys, fine food and wine and fresh organic delights sourced from local produce. Not to mention the vast infrastructure developments visible throughout the City.

“We are incredibly lucky to live in such an eclectic community with so much to see and do and so much to be proud of.

“People are always telling us about the wonderful things they experience in Armadale, and this competition is an opportunity for people to showcase what they love about the City as well as highlight new and exciting things that we haven’t yet seen,” he said.

The major prize is a $5000 shopping spree in the Armadale City Centre, plus there’s great weekly spot prizes including Vouchers for dinner and drinks at the Elizabethan Village Pub and Rocksgate Winery, double movie passes to Grand Cinemas Armadale, 4 rounds of golf with buggy at Araluen Golf and Country Club, and a jetpacking and flyboarding experience for two at Champion Lakes with Jetpack Adventures.
