The City of Armadale’s busy Summer calendar of events continues into February and March with the Movies in the Park series.

Four free films will be screened in parks across the Armadale Local Government area on 19 and 26 February, and 11 and 18 March.

Everyone is invited to bring their friends and family and a picnic rug to enjoy a family friendly movie in the park.

The bike doctor will also be in attendance so ride your bike down and have it serviced for free while you learn about how to maintain and care for it. Sausage sizzles and ice creams will also be available for those wanting a bit of indulgence.

Pre-show entertainment starts at 6.30pm and the movies will begin after the sun sets around 8pm. We encourage everyone to get down early to secure a spot.

The screening program and locations are as follows:
Friday, 19 February
Oddball (G)
Rushton Park Kelmscott

Friday 26 February
Minions (PG)
Xavier Catholic School, Hilbert

Friday, 11 March *

Friday 18 March

* PEDAL POWERED
To celebrate Bike Week, we have introduced an audience powered movie. Enthusiastic volunteers will be required on the night to jump on a stationary bike that generates the power required to run the movie. Have some fun and get on the bike!
