The City is hosting drop-in sessions across our three libraries to help you set up the new ServiceWA app on your smart phone or tablet.

ServiceWA is the WA’s Government’s new app that allows people to show proof of their COVID-19 vaccination, check in at businesses and venues with SafeWA, and access their G2G Pass for interstate travel all in the one place and was launched to streamline compliance requirements for when our border reopens on 5 February 2022.

Drop-in sessions will be held at Seville Grove, Kelmscott and Armadale libraries for the next five weeks (until Thursday 17 February) for the community to access help in installing the ServiceWA app. Session details:

Mondays 10am – 12pm @ Seville Grove Library

Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am – 12pm @ Armadale Library

Thursdays 2 – 4pm @ Kelmscott Library

If you need help to install the app outside the session times, please approach our library staff, although wherever possible, please attend one of our drop-in sessions.

Bookings are not required. Please allow 30 minutes to download and install the app, and don’t forget to bring your smart phone or tablet. You will need at least two forms of identification (such as your driver’s licence, passport or birth certificate and your Medicare card). You don’t need to be a library member to attend the sessions.

Don’t be frustrated, come along to a drop-in session and our library staff will help you download and install the ServiceWA app.
