The new $18m office building currently under construction in the Armadale City Centre will officially be known as 151 Jull Street.

Construction of the building is progressing on schedule, with completion set for the end of 2014. Concrete works are now complete and the curtain wall system is being installed. Installation of internal services such as electrical and mechanical has also commenced.
