The City of Armadale is proud to have a diverse community and will be hosting Harmony Week events to celebrate our multiculturalism.

“Our diverse community brings together many cultural traditions that all of us get to enjoy, such as food, rituals, music and sport. Is it fantastic to see people from all over the world calling Armadale home.

“Harmony Week gives us a chance to celebrate our vibrant cultural, religious, linguistic and ethnic diversity,” said Armadale Mayor Henry Zelones OAM JP.

“A special Harmony Week Storytime session at Armadale Library welcomes everyone to attend. Sing some songs and rhymes, hear stories and create craft at this event.

“The City is also partnering with Satterley Property Group and the Temple of Fine Arts to present the Harmony Day Festival at Heron Park.

“Come along to this new and exciting initiative between Heron Park estate and Saraswati Mahavidhyalaya. This festival will promote cross-cultural connectedness and multicultural interests within Heron Park and the wider community,” said Mayor Zelones.
