Armadale community invited to rate City services
Release Date:
Monday, 1 October 2018

City of Armadale residents are invited to rate local services and facilities provided by the City in its biennial Community Scorecard survey by Friday 26 October.

The survey which is conducted by an independent research agency, will assist the City in planning for the future to understand the needs of residents and evaluate how the wider community perceives its efforts towards key performance indicators in the City’s Strategic Community Plan.

City of Armadale Mayor Henry Zelones OAM, JP said the survey will give residents an opportunity to provide their own performance review and feedback on the City’s services and identify any areas that may require improvement.

“We want to know if our residents feel that we are a good organisation to do business with and that our customer service aligns with our values – that we are honest, accountable, respectful and professional,” he said.

“The survey will assist the Council to prioritise where the City should be allocating resources and will provide insight into how we can better communicate with residents.

“When planning for the future, the City’s first priority is to ensure the community’s needs are met.

“It will help determine our priorities for the future and it will also act as a benchmark study to see how we’re performing against other councils.”

The survey which is conducted by independent research agency Catalyse, is open to all residents aged 18 years or older and will run from Monday 8 October to Friday 26 October and is available online:
