- A 73.5m2 Ancillary Dwelling (granny flat) – exceeds the maximum permissible floor area by 5%;
- Clearing of remnant native vegetation – including a 14m wide bushfire Asset Protection Zone which falls within the front setback area (Irymple Road);
- Site works and retaining;
As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than the above closing date.
