Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre (AFAC) offers a modern gym space featuring state-of-the-art Technogym equipment and technology to maximise your health and fitness experience. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, improve and maintain overall health or simply have fun working up a sweat, we invite you to start your fitness journey at AFAC's Health Club.

Our gym floor is fully supervised by qualified gym instructors to support you in achieving your fitness goals. As a Health Club member you’ll receive a complimentary health appraisal and a personalised workout program tailored to your specific needs.

When you exercise at AFAC's Health Club, you can be certain that you’re training on the very best equipment, just like a professional athlete. Our state-of-the-art gym space is fitted out by Technogym, the official supplier to six Olympic and Paralympic Games. Our comprehensive gym will give you access to cardio, strength and functional training.  

Group Fitness

Fitness should be fun and when we exercise with others it can be even more so. Our Group Fitness Studio offers a variety of classes catering for all fitness levels in a motivating and welcoming environment. AFAC also has a dedicated Cycle Studio, offering you the only fully connected Technogym cycle studio in Perth!

You can book into a class three hours before it begins. 

Mywellness

At AFAC we're dedicated to helping you smash your fitness goals. Our members have the ability to track their workouts and movements using Mywellness technology. Simply sync your devices with our Mywellness compatible gym equipment to view your workout history and access your personalised training program.

TEAMBEATS™

Get ready for TEAMBEATS™ heart rate training.

Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre's Health Club will help you get fit, lose weight and achieve your very best training performance. TEAMBEATS™ is a fun and efficient way to train with others. Participants work out to the beat of music tracks while their heart rate, moves and calories are displayed on a large screen.
