The City of Armadale has partnered up with Business Foundations and Business Station to deliver 'Grow Your Business', a program aimed at providing businesses with the tools to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing environment.

Take part in one of the two programs available which are being delivered by Business Station and Business Foundations, two of Perth’s most experienced and knowledgeable organisations. These programs will help empower businesses to improve their performance through coaching and mentoring opportunities.

The programs are:

  1. Business Check Up with Business Foundations
  2. Business Builders Program with Business Station

Option 1: Business Check-up with Business Foundations

Discover your blind spots, limitations, and inefficiencies with a Business Check Up.

Are you too busy working in your business to take time to reflect on the status of your business?

You might have a solid strategy, however your implementation might not be effective, or you might be focusing your resources in the right area. You need to be aware of any potential issues before you can take steps to address them and improve the overall performance and sustainability of your business.

The Business Check Up will do just this. Unlike many other business checks, you will not simply receive a score at the end of it. During this check-up you will sit down with a business advisor and undertake a comprehensive business diagnostic covering:

  • How your business is currently operating
  • All aspects of your current operations and capabilities
  • Which areas need to most attention to help your business grow
  • Practical recommendations you can quickly implement to improve the performance of your business

This diagnostic can take up to three hours and is preferably conducted at your place of business.

Who is this for?

For businesses who want to better understand their current position, to solve a particular challenge they are having or who want to develop a comprehensive strategy for sustainable growth.
