Yoga in the Park
Get your 'zen fix' during our 10th annual FREE Yoga in the Park sessions at the serene Minnawarra Park in Armadale. The free yoga sessions will run on Mondays 4 and 11 February in the morning from 6.30 to 7.30am and in the evenings from 5.30 to 6.30pm.
Yoga promotes both physical and mental health benefits such as mindfulness, improved sleep, released tension, increased strength and stamina.
Don't forget to bring a water bottle, towel and yoga mat.
