The City’s Community Development team works with individuals, groups, non-profit organisations, service providers and government agencies to assist in fulfilling community needs and aspirations.
The team can help connect you with local groups, organisations and service providers and identify sources of funding for a community project or event. Contact the Community Development Support Officer on 9394 5642 or email@example.com for assistance with your enquiry.
The City is committed to assisting individuals, groups and organisations which provide services and support to residents of the City of Armadale.
The City will consider requests for financial assistance in the form of a:
- Community Grant
- Annual Contribution

The City allocates a small number of annual contributions to support non-profit organisations to provide services and activities which benefit City of Armadale residents.
Applications open on 2 July 2018.
The closing date for these applications is 30 July 2018.
Compulsory workshops for community groups wishing to apply for the funding round 2018 - 2019 will be held on:
- Wed 20 June 2 - 3pm
- Wed 27 June 6 - 7pm
To register to attend a workshop, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 9394 5000 by Monday 18 June and Monday 25 June respectively for each workshop.
Opening: 3 September
Closing: 1 October
Community groups can apply for grants up to $2,000 for projects that benefit the local community.
To be eligible to apply, community groups are required to discuss their project with a member of the Community Services team prior to submitting their application.
To register your interest in applying, please email email@example.com or call 9394 5000 by Friday 24 September 2018 to allow sufficient time to discuss your project before the closing date.

Each year the City of Armadale provides a $165 scholarship to one high achieving student, nominated by the Principal, from each high school in the area. For more information contact your local high school.
