The City of Armadale is the second fastest growing region in Western Australia and one of the top growth areas in the nation. Only 28 kilometres from the Perth CBD, Armadale is quickly establishing itself as the heart of retail, commerce and residence in the southeast corridor.

The City's key features make the region a prime investment location:

  • Healthy rate of population growth, bringing with it a rapidly expanding labour force

  • Major retail and commerical centre for the southeast corridor of Perth

  • The Armadale City Center is a primary area for the southeast region of Perth and the gateway for retail, commerical and residential activity for the next 20 years.

Today, the City of Armadale is one of eight designated Strategic Regional Metropolitan Centres. Fourteen people are moving into the City every day, with a new street of homes being developed every week and a new neighbourhood being created every month.
