Pries Park Land Use Planning Study

Council’s October 2008 consideration of its “Active Sporting Reserves Feasibility Study” determined the land should be considered for alternative uses. Council has to responsibly manage its strategic land and financial assets for the benefit of the whole community and has accordingly contracted a consultant team to investigate and prepare plans for the possible subdivision and development for urban residential purposes.
